Building Bridges

The “Building Bridges” series delves into the metaphorical contrast between the human propensity for constructing barriers and the need for building connections. Here, I predominantly utilize the imagery of arches to convey my message. In this series, the arch is not just a structural element but a symbol representing various concepts such as strength, support, and the transition to liminal spaces. Drawing inspiration from both mythology and architecture, I use arches to signify doorways in time and space, evoking themes of worship, hospitality, and the uplifting of the spirit to higher ideals.
